Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Immigration Consultant to guide clients through immigration processes for countries like Hong Kong and Germany. In this role, you will engage with potential clients via phone and email, explain immigration pathways, assess their eligibility, and assist them in enrolling for the process. This is a counseling-oriented role that requires strong communication skills and a passion for helping individuals achieve their global career and relocation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Contact potential clients via phone calls and emails to introduce immigration programs.
- Consultation & Counseling: Provide professional guidance on immigration options, eligibility criteria, and required documentation for countries like Hong Kong and Germany.
- Eligibility Assessment: Evaluate client profiles based on immigration requirements and ensure they qualify before proceeding.
- Documentation Assistance: Collect and verify necessary documents for the application process.
- Process Enrollment: Help eligible clients register and initiate the immigration process.
- Follow-ups & Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth application progress.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest immigration policies, procedures, and country-specific requirements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal & written).
- Prior experience in immigration consulting, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to explain complex immigration processes in a simple and clear manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert potential clients.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain accurate documentation.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of immigration laws for Germany, Hong Kong, or similar countries (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
